Our Fees
We provide monthly superbills for out-of-network therapy, enabling you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider independently. Please call your insurance company to find out what percentage of the session cost they will reimburse you for individual, couple, family, or group therapy. Ask the following questions:
Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible, has it been met, and do mental health service reimbursements count towards my deductible or not?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Investing in Therapy
In this practice, we prioritize your mental health journey above all else. While we understand the convenience of insurance coverage, our clinic founder has made the intentional decision not to accept insurance for several reasons, including underpayment for therapists, coverage denials, as well as clawbacks.
Regarding your journey, not being tied to insurance allows us the freedom to tailor our therapeutic approach solely to your needs, without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. This means we can dedicate more time to understanding and addressing your unique concerns, fostering a deeper and more effective therapeutic relationship.
Moreover, investing in therapy is an investment in yourself. By choosing to pay out of pocket, you're making a commitment to your well-being that can lead to a greater sense of accountability and motivation to fully engage in the therapeutic process, resulting in more profound and lasting growth.
Finally, paying out of pocket also affords you greater privacy and confidentiality. Without involving insurance companies, your personal information remains strictly between you and your therapist, fostering a safe and trusting environment for exploration and healing.
