Job Description
Full-time or part-time clinical therapist will provide primarily outpatient individual therapy to clients of Solace Therapy Group. Teen, family, and couples therapy are optional.
Compensation
All employee contracts are W-2 unless otherwise agreed upon. Compensation is based on experience.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work.
Active, unrestricted, and fully licensed (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) or registered as an associate in the State of California.
Caseload varies per contract, minimum 10 sessions per week for part-time and minimum 22 sessions a week for full-time.
Evening and weekend availability requested.
Willing to panel with at least one insurance company.
Additional Considerations/Preferences:
Some experience working with diverse populations.
Knowledgeable with interventions and treatment planning.
Experience or training in evidence-based practices preferred (CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, DBT).
Interest in experiential interventions such as somatic work and parts work/IFS a plus
Fluent in more than one language a plus.
EMDR training is a plus.
