Solace Therapy Group LLC provides mental health therapy services, including in-person and telehealth sessions, by licensed and supervised associate therapists. Our services are governed by applicable California laws and ethical guidelines.

2. Eligibility & Consent

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You voluntarily consent to receive mental health treatment.

  • You understand that therapy results vary and that we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is protected under HIPAA and California state laws. However, confidentiality may be legally breached if:

  • You pose a danger to yourself or others.

  • There is suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult.

  • We are required to disclose information by law or court order.

4. Telehealth Services

If you engage in telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

  • Sessions will be conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a private and secure environment.

  • Technical issues may impact the quality of services.

5. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Insurance & Billing

  • Third-party platform security breaches during telehealth sessions.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client violates these Terms.

  • Therapy is no longer clinically appropriate.

  • Payment obligations are not met.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
