2. Eligibility & Consent

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
You voluntarily consent to receive mental health treatment.
You understand that therapy results vary and that we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is protected under HIPAA and California state laws. However, confidentiality may be legally breached if:

You pose a danger to yourself or others.
There is suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult.
We are required to disclose information by law or court order.

4. Telehealth Services

If you engage in telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

Sessions will be conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring a private and secure environment.
Technical issues may impact the quality of services.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
