Good Faith Estimate

Effective Date: 03/30/2025

Welcome to Solace Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the cost of therapy services at Solace Group LLC. This estimate helps you understand your financial responsibilities before beginning treatment.

1. Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate that includes:

  • The expected cost of therapy sessions.

  • Any additional fees related to your care.

  • An estimate based on the duration and frequency of services recommended.

2. What to Expect in Your Estimate

Your Good Faith Estimate will outline:

  • The type of service(s) you will receive (e.g., individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy).

  • The expected number of sessions based on your treatment plan.

  • The total estimated cost for the first 12 months of services.

3. Limitations of the Estimate

  • The Good Faith Estimate is based on the information available at the time of scheduling.

  • It is not a binding contract, and the actual cost may vary depending on changes in your treatment plan.

  • Additional services recommended during therapy may increase the total cost.

4. Your Rights and Protections

  • You are not obligated to continue services if the estimated cost exceeds what you can afford.

  • You can request an updated Good Faith Estimate at any time.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the charges.
